She keeps the practice approachable and understanding, knowing that her students come to the mat for a variety of reasons.

amplify + ANCHOR

A thoughtful sequence to quiet our mind and calm our being with effective and potent poses to amplify and unhook trauma, tension and stress from our body. Yoga props commonly used; a yoga mat, or two, a blanket, two blocks and a bolster. Acceptable attire: pajamas, easygoing clothing and cozy socks. It is encouraged to have your video off and enjoy this guided class without distractions.

Foot Reflexology

The body has the ability to heal itself.
